has managed to turn his little Milk House into a big breakfast house.
It is not only the menu

offering a wide range of dishes

that attracts customers

but also riddles he asks

satires he tells and gifts he gives that help increase his popularity each day.
Konak said breakfast houses have a great meaning in Van's culture. His Milk House

which opens its doors to visitors with the first rays of daylight

has served many famous people.
Konak's menu consists of fresh cream

honey

herbal cheese

daily prepared garlic-flavored cacık (a yogurt mixture)

as well as Van's traditional breakfast dishes

murtağa and kavut.
Konak said with the riddles and satires he tries to make his customers enjoy the time they spend at the breakfast house

attracting both locals and tourists visiting Van.
The café used to be located at a crossroad until Konak decided to move it to a bigger place

right next to Van city hall.
The new place is named "Bak Hele Bak Yusuf Konak Kahvaltı Kültür Sarayı" (Look at Yusuf Konak's Breakfast and Culture Palace). The owner thinks the new place will bring even more customers.
